Guided Trail Running

Running is a big part of my life and I love nothing more than packing up some snacks and disappearing off on the trails for a few hours.. even better is sharing it with friends.

South Warwickshire is full of beautiful trails and pathways which are surrounded by wildlife and wonderful views. Furthermore, trail running can be enjoyed all year round from early bright mornings in the Spring to awe inspiring sunsets during late Summer to muddy, slippery fun in the thick of Winter, there really is so much fun to be had in nature’s playground.

Come and join myself and like minded people for a guided trail run, whether it’s your first time swapping tarmac for rugged terrain or you’re a seasoned trail runner, these sessions offer something for everyone.

During these runs you can expect the following;

  • Pre planned route and GPX file provided ahead of time

  • Run guided by myself, a qualified and experienced England Athletics Running Leader & Coach

  • Tips and advise on technique

  • A nice social element and plenty of laughs

  • Memories of a great day on the trails

We all had great fun in the mud! All abilities were catered for and lots of stops available for us to regroup. For everyone to have so much fun on a cold damp and muddy January run is a testament to how well this group was managed by Lauren. We all knew what to expect, had a laugh along the way, got buffeted by high winds at the top (but still stopped to take photos) and all made it back in one piece.

Lauren’s energy, inclusivity and enthusiasm for running is contagious. One run with her and you’ll feel you can take on the world! Whether you’re new to running, or have pounded the pavements for years, she’ll spur you on to the next challenge and turn the daunting into the inviting.

A great friendly trail run. I was aware that there were significantly better trail runners than me and I was worried about holding people back but everyone was so kind and supportive. The route was challenging at times, especially in the mud, but beating that challenge feels great afterwards. Having Lauren guiding and encouraging us with her vast experience made the morning thoroughly enjoyable. I’ll be back for more. Thank you.
