Animal Flow,
Sauna & Wild Swim
Join me for an immersive evening of movement and restoration at
The Wild Sauna, Whichford Mill, The Cotswolds
This experience begins with a 2-hour guided Animal Flow workshop, exploring ground-based movement to build strength, mobility, and flow. We’ll move with intention, connect to the body, and slow things down — no rush, no pressure.
After the workshop, transition into sauna heat and cold water immersion, allowing the body to unwind, reset, and absorb the work. A chance to restore, regulate, and reconnect through the elements of heat and water.
What to expect:
• 2 hours of guided Animal Flow practice
• A short break midway through the workshop
• Sauna access following the movement session
• Cold water swim to finish and restore
All levels are welcome. No previous Animal Flow experience is required.
Two dates available: 13 March & 10 April
Time: 5–8pm
Location: The Wild Sauna, Whichford Mill, The Cotswolds
Spaces are limited.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be “fit” to start Animal Flow?
Not at all. Animal Flow is scalable and adaptable. Movements can be modified for beginners and progressed as strength, mobility, and confidence improve.
What are the benefits of Animal Flow?
Animal Flow helps improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall body awareness. Many people also notice better posture, joint health, and a deeper connection to how their body moves.
Is Animal Flow a workout or a mobility class?
Both. Animal Flow blends strength and conditioning with mobility and control, giving you a full-body experience that challenges you while helping your body move better.
Do I need any equipment?
No equipment is required. All you need is your body and a bit of floor space.
Is Animal Flow safe for beginners or people with injuries?
Animal Flow can be adapted to individual needs, but if you have an injury or medical condition, it’s best to let your instructor know beforehand and consult with a healthcare professional if needed.
What should I expect in a class?
You can expect a guided warm-up, focused movement patterns, and flowing sequences that link movements together. Classes emphasize control, breath, and quality of movement rather than rushing or high impact.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Barefoot or minimalist footwear is usually recommended.
Do I need to be flexible to do Animal Flow?
No. You don’t need to be flexible to start Animal Flow — flexibility is something you build through the practice. Movements are scaled to your current range of motion and help improve mobility and control over time.
“I joined the Animal Flow classes with no experience or expectations. Lauren talked everyone through the moves step by step, supporting us to progress week on week. Her knowledge of Animal Flow is matched by her passion, making the classes fun as well as great workout. I’m so glad I joined up and can’t wait to keep progressing”
“Having a go at Animal Flow trying to follow an online video, I struggled, it was too fast and I felt like I didn’t understand the basics! As soon as Lauren said she was going to start lessons I knew I had to join and I didn’t regret it.
Lauren is a great teacher, really clear and takes the time to explain things well and ensures everyone is getting it and corrects any errors she sees so we know where we are going wrong. I’ve really enjoyed the lessons, have learnt so much and can’t wait to get stuck into more!”
