Based in Warwick & Leamington, Lauren is a multi-award* winning Fitness & Running Coach, Animal Flow Instructor, and adventure-lover with over 25 years of experience helping people move with confidence and strength. She’s worked with clients and athletes from around the world, blending strength, mobility and mindful movement into her coaching. From leading women’s running groups to guiding transformational wellness experiences, Lauren’s approach is firm but friendly — inspiring people to push their boundaries and thrive.
Her sessions combine progressive strength training, functional movement, mobility, and playful flow, always adapted to meet you where you are. Above all, Lauren understands real life—busy schedules, changing hormones, and the desire to feel well without burning out. Her work is about rebuilding power from the inside out, so you leave feeling energised, supported, and proud of what your body can do.

My classes are aimed at mixed abilities and are a good mix of aerobic activity, strength/conditioning, toning and core strength.
Classes are recorded so if you can’t make it to the live class then you’ll be sent the video file to complete in your own time.
Sessions are delivered via Zoom video conferencing.
The next course will run from 13th April to 30th April, no classes w/c 4th May, resume 11th - 21st May, at 6;45am, twice a week.
