Join us for this 4 hour workshop which explores the unique primal movement of Animal Flow taught by Flowist Lauren Gregory, followed by SOMA breathwork and cold water exposure led by instructor Adam Bray.

Light snacks will be provided (please notify us of any dietary requirements) or feel free to bring your own. There is a sauna at the barn for us to warm up in and a lovely ‘Breathing Space’ to relax in and enjoy the time to yourself.
