What is Animal Flow?
Animal Flow is a ground based movement system, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Whether you want to workout on your own, train with a professional, or take part in group classes, Animal Flow has something for every body!
Animal Flow includes a range of movements and combinations that are grouped into categories we call the “Six Components.” Each Component is designed to elicit specific results. The Six Components can be mixed and matched in many ways, allowing you to incorporate one, some, or all of them in your workouts. These include: wrist mobilisations, activations, form specific stretches, travelling forms switches & transitions and flows.

I am now teaching Animal Flow classes and workshops in person at The Serenity Barn, Bascote, nr Southam, on Wednesdays at 9:30am - available as a course or drop in as you go.
Mixed ability course 10th April to 22nd May, 7 weeks for £84 or you can join drop in sessions at £14 per class
FREE intro class for beginners, 1st May at 9:30am - please book your place. Please note that this free offer is for new participants only.
