Having worked in many areas of the fitness industry, from being a Fitness Instructor in a health club to teaching classes as a Group Instructor, the most rewarding of all, for me, is being a Personal Trainer. It is of the utmost importance to me that I immediately build a rapport with the client. If you can't communicate and relax with someone you're spending one to one time with, then how can you expect them to trust you with their personal fitness requirements?

In order to meet each individuals needs, we work together, ensuring clear communication and an understanding of their likes and dislikes when it comes to certain training methods. This ongoing process is what helps to build a successful relationship with my clients. In my practice as a Personal Trainer, I like to 'check in' regularly with my clients to make sure they're staying on top of their training plan - this may be done through text, call, social media or Skype.

£35 per hour or £300 for 10 sessions paid in advance

Train in your home or in a nearby park - come rain or shine! The focus of these sessions is purely on you and getting the best out of yourself.

If you prefer training with a friend or two then this option is ideal for you. Sessions are designed to be fun for all involved, with an injection of healthy competition.
